Are post op transsexual criminals put in a mens or a womens prison?
Are post op transsexual criminals put in a men's or a women's prison?
if a transwoman is post operative she is a legal female and hence only a womens facility. The same is true for transmen who have completed sufficient surgical procedures to render them legally male. In most states, unlike the backwards state of Ohio, one can legally amend ones birth certificate to the corrected gender marker.

Can a post op transsexual get to heaven?
Sorry my friend also was wondering if a post op transsexual could be forgiven and go to heaven.
You already asked this question.

YES they can go to heaven.

Something you should read:

Enter into Heaven

A priest, a minister and a transsexual woman were standing at the pearly gate in front of St. Peter. First the minister spoke up "I fed the hungry, clothed the poor, and spread the word of God throughout the land". St. Peter said unto him "you have done well on earth, but you have sinned against your brother. You shall spend the next 7 year in purgatory to atone for those sins you did commit then you shall enter heaven".

The priest spoke next. "I have done as my brother the minister has, and I have lived a life of sacrifice, humility and chastity. I have served only God, kept only God's laws and I offer my unworthiness to God now". St. Peter reviewed his notes and spoke unto the priest. "You have indeed lived a pious life and yet you too, have sinned, "You shall only have to spend one year in purgatory to atone for your sins".

Next St. Peter turned to the transsexual woman and spoke softly, "Go in my dear they are waiting for you". The minister and the priest both protested to St. Peter. "Why in all our piety have we been condemned to purgatory when that creature against whom we preached and whom we chastised, merely passes into heaven?' St. Peter simply glared at the two and said, "Boys, thanks to you and the people like you she has already been through hell".
How is sex with a post op transsexual?
How does sex feel with a post op transsexual? Is the vagina the same as with a born woman, and does the man and the post op woman enjoy penetrative intercourse? Can a post op woman have orgasm?
1. Sex with a post-op transsexual woman feels very good, thank you for asking.

2. Yes, her vagina looks, feels and behaves exactly the same as mine. Neither of us are men, so I can't say for sure whether she would enjoy 'penetrative intercourse', but I doubt it.

3. Yes, she can. And it's a wonderful thing to see, and to be part of.
At what stage in a relationship should i tell a partner that i am a post op transsexual?
I have been post-op for 7 months now and living as a woman full time for over 4 years. I am regarded as attractive and only my friends know of my past. I do get asked out a lot by men, but being an honest sort of person i feel compelled to tell them about my past fairly quickly. Every single one of them has then not wanted to see me again.
Man that's a tough one. You know I think if it were me and I was in your situation, I would wait a little while before telling them. I'd want to be judged for the person I am not as what I was in my past you know. I mean obviously like someone else said you should tell them before things get serious. Give them some time to warm up to you first and hopefully they'll stick around after you tell them otherwise they're stupid =P

Best of Luck To You, Stay Strong.
Should a post-op transsexual be allowed to compete in a female sports tournament?
I remember reading a while back that this woman (who was born a man but had undergone surgery to become a woman) wanted to compete in a female golf tournament

however she was not allowed to, as she was deemed a man and therefore would have an unfair advantage over the others.

What is your opinion on this? The jury is still out for me, I mean I guess technically she is a woman and that is discriminatory but then again she probably is taller and more muscley than some of the other competitors who are 100% female..
It's a tricky deal in professional sports. I sort of know a transgirl who was Olympic bound for cycling, but because she isn't two years post-op or something trivial like that, she has to wait for another chance.

After a certain point on hormones, your body is essentially as capable and as limited as that of any other athletes. There is no edge in sports to taking HRT. A transwoman would only be able to attain as much muscle mass as the other girls around her. And I know a lot of tall girls who are cis (non trans), and they've never been ejected from an athletic competition for being too tall.

The Olympics bully ciswomen all the time with chromosome checks too, or at least they used to. There are chromosome pairings that aren't XX or XY, and occasionally a woman can be carrying the "wrong" set and not know it until later on in life. These individuals use to be thrown from the Games too, again I'm not sure if that is still the case... but it has happened and those people aren't even trans.

Being trans is in no way an advantage in sports. I'm a transman, I am shorter and skinnier than a whole heap of cisguys. Are you gonna say that because I have access to artificial testosterone I have an advantage over them? Yeah, I could take extra... but it would convert into estrogen in my system and then what would be the point??

It's just fear mongering by people who don't understand our medical backgrounds, and how they have nothing to do with our athletic skills.
What is so bad about having sex with a post-op MtF transsexual?
many people think it is nasty, even if a post-op MtF transsexual is no different than a biological female. so why is it so hard for many MtF transsexuals, including myself, to find someone to love us and want to spend a lifetime with me outside of my history and genitalia?

i want a prince to live with, but it is so hard for me to find any guy, let alone the perfect guy.
One word: Transphobia.

If you haven't read it already I highly suggest this book:

Julia thoroughly deconstructs the arguments people use against us.

Can a post op transsexual marry legally in the UK and Ireland?
Again I have got many different answers from official government websites of UK and Ireland, to community forum.

Can anyone tell me if a post op transsexual get married LEGALLY in the UK or Ireland (ie Irish Republic) ? I didn't mean Civil Partnership. I meant a Marraige Certificate.

Thank you for anyone who know anything about it
I'm not sure of the situation in Ireland, but in the UK, a transsexual person who has been granted a Gender Recognition Certificate under the GRA 2004 (more details here; www.grp.gov.uk/index.htm) is legally recognised as the gender stated on that certificate for ALL legal purposes, including marriage, whether 'post-op' or not (surgery is not one of the requirements for a GRC).
This means that a transsexual woman who has a GRC can marry a man, or enter into a Civil Partnership with a woman, and a transsexual man can marry a woman, or enter a CP with a man.
Without a GRC, the transwoman can legally marry a woman, and the transman can legally marry a man.

Sadly for some of us, in order to get a GRC, any existing marriage must first be dissolved.
Whats the diffrence between a pre-op transsexual and a post-op transsexual?
whats the diffrence between a pre-op transsexual and a post-op transsexual and how do you know who is transsexual and who is'nt when chating peeople up in town or walking past them in the street
Sorry you're sounding a might phobic to me.

First, there are both transsexual men:

ai.eecs.umich.edu/people/conway/T…

And transsexual women:

ai.eecs.umich.edu/people/conway/T…

Next, why should it matter if person is pre-op or post-op? Some people can't afford surgery and some aren't able to get surgery for medical reasons.

Next, a transsexual woman is a WOMAN. A transsexual man is a MAN. Read and learn:

ai.eecs.umich.edu/people/conway/T…

Last, if a person has successfully fully transitioned, you can't tell if they were born transsexual or not. And it shouldn't matter, they are who they say you are. Read the link above. The wording of your question leads me to believe you're dealing with a bit of transphobia. As I said these people ARE who they say they are. The scientific facts all agree with them. So all that's left is your own prejudice. Yes prejudice. That's what it's called when you pre-judge someone, or some group, without benefits of the facts. Again, read the link! That link summarizes current medical thinking in regards to transsexualism.

Hope this helps.

edit: Okay, in another question you say you are an Aspie:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asperger_sy…

So you are trying to understand and not being phobic. Just read the link that summarizes transsexualism. Transsexualism, like Asperger's, is a birth condition. And transition is the only proven medical treatment for transsexualism.
How do i find a beautifull post op transsexual in houston?
I'm a 24 year old bi/straight guy that is looking for a transsexual in the houston area! i like large breasts and tight bodies! i would like to meet at the local pub with her and her friends if she feels nervious about meeting. Please help me find my dream girly/boy before i decide to become a half of a woman! Hermaphridites are a turn on as well and i didn't foret my fellow cross dressers if we hit it of i would invest as much money as possible so that i would be with my very own t girl! So *** on guys/girls if you know someone or know were this sheltered countryboy would be able to find such a jewl let me know!!!
A post op transsexual is a woman, not a girly/boy
They usually try to fit in with society when they can, usually not always
Keep with drag queens and cross dressers and leave the women alone
Will a homosexual feel tricked if they went out with post-op transsexual?
Say a male homosexual went to a gay bar and picked up some hot man. Sooner or later they are about to engage in some sex. Oops the he is a she.
1) Will a homosexual feel tricked if they went out with post-op transsexual?
-I wouldn't. I've been attracted to trans men and don't have any objections to dating one.

2) Sooner or later they are about to engage in some sex.
- No, just because I meet an attractive man in a bar does not automatically mean I'm going to sleep with him. Then again, I'm one of those newfangled homosexuals who (usually) wants more than attractiveness from my bed partners.

3)Oops the he is a she.
- Again, no; a trans man is a he. He identifies as a man. Being post-op, he has the physical characteristics of a man. He walks, talks, and acts like a man. He is a man.
