When Bailey later study a group of 5000 people he found the number to only be 20%. Why is this never mentioned? It is not the percentage of identical twins who share the same sexual orientation that is studied, it is the differences in percentages between identical and fraternal twins that is studied. Scientific researchers have found identical stretches of DNA on three chromosomes (7, 8 & 10) that were shared by about 60 percent of gay brothers which suggests that while homosexuality is genetic, it is not due to a single gene but several genes. Bisexuals could inherit some, but not all, of these genes. If one male identical twin is gay the chance the other twin will be gay is much higher than 20% in most studies. The only study finding a percentage anywhere near 20% was the 1993 King & McDonald study. By either definition of homosexuality, these twins could not be homosexual with each other. Regardless of how many arms, shoulders, etc they have, it is a single penis.
